Raid experience (Please give some detail here. i.e. what bosses have you done? Do you understand the tactics)?: I did Karazhan at 70 but nothing else then. At 80 I've done Naxx normal except for KT, I've done OS on both normal and heroic. I'm also quite proud on getting Heroic: The Safety Dance.
I have yet to set foot in EoE although I have read up on that fight.

What made you choose this class?*: I like being ranged and then chose mage because of their utility (polymorph, teleports, food & drink) and because I like blowing stuff up
Did you level this character from (1/55-80) alone?: I didn't use recruit-a-friend if that's the question, but I did level a big part with a friend of mine.
Is the character you are applying with your 'Main'?: Yes
Are you comfortable playing any talent-build with this class?: Yes. I played a frostfire bolt spec before, I was fire for a time at 70 and I leveled as frost. Although I don't like PvP much.

Yourself, who are you?*: I am a scientist, enjoy WoW (obviously), aside from that I'm a SF fan mostly novels, not so much star trek and similar things.
Why did you leave / are planning to leave your old guild?: The guild quit basically
Your alts: Bregalad, a 50 druid
Why do you want to join Dark Vendetta(DV)?: You guys pugged me on a naxx HC run and you guys seemed a good sort, knowing what you were doing and so on.
If you get in, will you be willing to contribute to the guild in any (fair) way asked of you?: of course, I thought that was what being in a guild was about. Together we can succeed where alone we would fail.

I also have the mark of the war prisoner from VH which I use when there is no misery or improved faerie fire. With that I'm exactly at the cap given the +3% to hit for arcane spells from Arcane Focus and the +3% to all spells from Precision.
